Store and Agreement

These terms govern use of novelleas.shop and purchases from Novelleas. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms and policies made available before checkout, subject to non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law.

We aim to describe products accurately. Screen settings can affect color appearance. Product availability may change. If a material fact or pricing error affects an order, we may contact the customer before fulfillment or cancel and refund the affected order.

Prices are shown on product and checkout pages. Shipping charges, if any, are shown before order submission. An order is subject to acceptance and payment confirmation. We reserve the right to decline orders for legitimate reasons such as payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory error or legal restriction.
