Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery is generally 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of destination, customs, carrier delays, weather, or peak periods. Any product-specific delivery estimate shown at checkout takes priority.

Shipping Charges

Any shipping charge is displayed before the customer places the order. We do not add undisclosed shipping fees after checkout.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information is provided after dispatch. Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Customs and Import Charges

For international orders, local customs duties, import taxes or similar government charges may apply depending on destination. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Please contact us if tracking has not updated for an extended period or an order has not arrived within the stated delivery window. We will review the shipment and work with the carrier where appropriate.
